Introduction
Artificial intelligence means is accumulation of
information analyzing it and projecting it the way you want at a given moment.
No more we considered as a valuable thing in human faculty, because a simple
gadget will do it much better then any human being. digital technologies like
machine language (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) both are entering into
day to day working at workplace and which will lead transformation in business.
(Jain, 2018) study paper identified the role of artificial intelligence in
human resource management. The researcher has quoted that most of the companies
has been adopting modern technology in various HR process like recruitment
process, performance appraisal process, cloud-based HR systems.

global context , When IBM began to weave artificial intelligence (A.I.) and other technology platforms
more deeply into its workplace processes, there was one big casualty: Human
resource (HR) staffers. According to IBM CEO Ginny Rometty, an improved
technology stack led to a 30 percent reduction in the headcount of its global
human resources department. The positions that are left, she added, pay more
and demand sophisticated skillsets.

I strongly believe that if we apply artificial intelligence to the HR process that definitely impact on the cost of the company..and also this application won’t suites companies in Srilanka.
ReplyDeleteLarge scale organization wise it is a good thing to adopt with the high level of asserts they have but unemployment is come to play which is a negative part in respect to the social conditions in any country.
ReplyDeleteIn my opinion, artificial intelligence is not suitable for a developing country like Sri Lanka and a huge amount of money has to be invested beyond that. Although artificial intelligence is used in the manufacturing process, artificial intelligence is not required for other departments of an organization.
